English: What information is needed for the first inquiry, and how should the access route be checked initially?
Answer: For the first inquiry, provide a Google Maps location so that the company can initially review the site and access route. After discussing the project with the company, the customer should provide the relevant site photographs showing the access route, vehicle parking area, proposed lifting location and site obstructions. Customers should also carry out their own preliminary survey to understand road access and conditions in the working area.
For example, transport of the 3.6-metre-wide fixed-size model uses a vehicle with a body at least 9 metres long. When entering a side road from the main road, both the clear width and clear height of the side road must be at least 4.5 metres. The route must lead directly to the working area without turns requiring substantial steering. Customers can use these conditions to screen the access route initially.
Trees that obstruct vehicle access or lifting should be dealt with in advance. If there are overhead lines along the route or in the working area, their positions and heights should be checked beforehand and discussed with the transport and lifting providers. If a line needs to be raised or repositioned, contact the organisation responsible for that line to arrange measurements and the necessary work.
These conditions are intended for a preliminary route check for that model. Actual access and lifting feasibility must be confirmed using the overall transport dimensions, including the canopy, together with the transport vehicle, crane and site conditions. Before booking a date, also confirm the module weight, the date it can be dispatched, and the readiness of the foundation and floor slab.
